Not a question because I think asking questions from other people when you can just go out and get the knowledge yourself is pretty lazy. Rather this is a discussion to help increase our general knowledge about Metabolism and how important it is to understand it when it comes to diluting for drug tests. I’m no expert… I’ll just share my thoughts and ideas and if I’m wrong true me.

If you’re like me, substituting just isn’t very possible because I demand two piss tests a week with a dude standing behind me. I’luncheon rather just dilute. One thing I will say about dilution is that you can’cheek by jowl smoke wrecklessly and try to dilute the day before thinking everything will be cool. It’sitting more like a lifestyle. You have to meet it at least half way by abstaining. I’ve actually stopped smoking otherwise than that I dont want to wait 1 - 1 1/2 months for my system to be clean on it’s own so I’hodge-podge diluting. Since I wont be smoking I think dilution is the great for the reason that I will only have to effect it until my system is naturally clean.. and I wont be reintroducing any of recent origin THC into my lucrative.

But I do think it’sitting unfair to talk again about dilution techniques and how to keep your urine integrity and to not talk about metabolism which is really the other moiety. I dont want this to sound like a gym class, but in essence that’s what it will sound probably

Ok enough rambling. ONCE AGAIN CORRECT ME ON ANYTHING IM NOT RIGHT ON. I’M NO EXPERT JUST HUNGRY TO SHARE IDEAS W/ MY FELLOW BRETHREN AND LEARN MYSELF.

BASICS: Test dont test notwithstanding THC but rather the by products of THC once they are broken down in the system. THC is stored in the fat and is released at constant rate.. a rate that is regulated by metabolism. To dispose THC out of your stupid faster you augment your metabolism. Vice Versa is also true. Now what matters is not what is in your sluggish on the time of the piss test only what is in your blood/urine. When anything is burned out of your fat it goes to the blood/urine so granting that you excercise RIGHT control a test you’re actually sending further ‘THC’ to your piss. The idea is to get that remainder. between a high metabolism to burn THC fast and abstaining from whatever will increase your metabolism the day before or day of a test and focusing on diluting your actualy urine. There is a sticky on DILUTION up top with equal reason there is no need to discuss that.

Alot of people think not eating fat’s will help them reduce fat.. but it doesnt work like that. The protein from those fats are actually what help firing material your metabolism to work. That along with complex carbs.

Meal Frequency affects metabolism. Just remember everytime you relish metabolism goes up. Eating 4-5 balanced meals a day is good. If you skip meals your corpse goes into fat storage mode which when distressing to burn fat is not which you want. Right before the test you want fat to be stored up and not going to the blood/animal-water so based on these facts haply skipping some meals the day before and the day of the test might help. Maybe metabolism doesnt react to your actions that fast. Experts chime in!

Since meal frequency affects metabolism you definitely want to erode breakfast because during sleep is the longest time your body should go with out food. Waiting to 12 or 1 to eat isnt genial.

Staying hydrated AT ALL TIMES is important, not becaue of the dilution factor (because yes while diluting it only matters what you drink right before the test) but 70% of all bodily functions take fortress in water.. not having enough water in your system slows down all corporeally processes.

As far as acting out goes doing positive basic, stanch, aerobic excercises really doesnt do plenteous to increase metabolism. You want intense interval training(walking at that time running then walking afresh, alternating betwen high and gentle intensity) and even lifting some weights will second. Muscle tissue is important in speeding up metabolism also.

Anyway Im done I feel like a gym teacher. I just want people to be able to educate themselves to such a degree they can say in reply their own questions. At the end of the day YOUR altitude., weight, genetics, eating habits, and lifestyle affect your metabolism and nobody can really answer the questions "Im 5′8 160 pds and I smoke 5 ages a daytime.. how long do I have to stop?" Just make one’s self acquainted with about Metabolism, THC metabolites and by products, urine integrity and shape your own system to beat THE SYSTEM. Sorry I went on so long. PEACE
